There are auctions once a month, so there is always plenty of flexibility and a lot of different options for when to sell a property at auction.
THE PROCESS
Fee option 1
Seller pays fees – 1%+VAT of final selling price,
minimum fee is £2000 +VAT
Fee option 2
Buyer pays fees
No fee payable by seller
(Please note that in both the options there may be some legal costs, although it is also possible for the buyer to pay these costs as well in some circumstances.)
