How to Prepare and Send your Leasing Paperwork: Zip File Instructions.

As a landlord, you'll want to be prepared when it comes time to lease your property.

This includes having all the necessary paperwork ready to go!

In this blog post, we will give you detailed instructions on how to prepare and send your leasing paperwork.

We will also provide information on what is included in the zip file and everything else you need to know concerning this part of the lettings process before you move onto the next step.

The first thing you'll need to do is gather all the necessary paperwork. This includes:

-Lease Agreement

-Proof of Identification (e.g., driver's license, passport)

-Last Month's Rent Payment

-Security Deposit

It is the responsibility of the landlord to provide a copy of the lease agreement. The other documents can be obtained by either party.

Once you have all the necessary paperwork, it's time to create your zip file! This is a very important step, as it will ensure that your documents are delivered in a timely manner and without any issues.

To create your zip file, follow these steps:

-Open a new document and save it as "Leasing Paperwork.zip"

-Add all the documents listed above to the zip file

-Make sure that all files are in PDF format

-If possible, compress the files into one ZIP archive (this will make the file size smaller)

Once you have created your zip file, it's time to send it off! The best way to do this is by email. Simply attach the file to an email and send it to us.

We will then download the file and begin processing your paperwork.

Once we have received and processed your paperwork, it's time for the next step: credit the landlord with the balance due.
